As a nursing mum, Sylvia embraced the opportunity to upskill online and now feels empowered to create nurturing and supportive environments for young children.

Breaking down barriers and self-doubt

When Sylvia decided to embark on a Skills Bootcamp in Early Years with Realise, she was initially nervous, doubting her ability to balance the demands of the Skills Bootcamp with her other responsibilities.

Sylvia was determined to succeed and decided to push on with the Skills Bootcamp, committing to 6 weeks of online learning.

“As a nursing mother, I faced challenges balancing programme demands with family responsibilities, managing time effectively, and adapting to online learning. Thankfully, my trainer, group discussions, and career coach sessions provided invaluable support, enabling me to overcome these hurdles.”
