I moved over to teaching and assessing early years apprenticeships back in 2013 and my passion about people and supporting their development and learning (whether young or old) is still at the heart of what I do every day. I have been a part of the early years world for over 15 years. My passion for early years began as early as I can remember with my childhood filled with ideas of being a teacher. My time within early years has predominantly been as a consultant, guiding new nursery owners and giving support to failing nurseries. Being a part of management at Realise allows me to support my team in delivering apprenticeships. At the heart of any apprenticeship is the journey and my focus is on how we not only impart knowledge but looking at the impact we have on apprentices and the passion we can ignite for future educators.
