Realise have supported 37 people into employment at One Beyond, a large discount retailer new to West Yorkshire through providing pre-employability training in customer service
One Beyond have several shops in West Yorkshire and we are proud to have worked in collaboration with them to help the long term unemployed secure sustainable employment! The pre-employment training course in customer service included preparing the learners for interviews and helping them enhance their CV for roles within the industry.
Those who gained employment include four adults over the age of 50. By helping to remove age barriers, the course has provided secure roles for people who wanted a change of direction later in life. We are proud to be able help people unlock their potential and access good, local career opportunities.
