I began my career in retail as a Saturday girl and progressed into management, gaining valuable experience over several years. During that time, I developed strong skills in customer service, business administration, and team leadership. What I enjoyed most was the training and development aspect of my role—supporting staff to build their confidence, achieve their goals, and deliver outstanding service.
This passion for helping others grow made the transition into apprenticeship training a natural next step. As a trainer, I draw on my hands-on experience in retail and management to support learners working towards qualifications in customer service, business administration, and team leadership.
I’m committed to delivering engaging, supportive, and well-structured learning that helps apprentices apply their skills in the workplace and thrive in their roles. My goal is to inspire confidence and help each learner reach their full potential.
