Is this course right for you?

This apprenticeship is suitable for anyone working in L&D at a generalist or specialist level, where the focus and in-depth expertise is in a specific area such as organisation development, digital, blended learning, resourcing, or talent management.

It’s an ideal programme if you already have L&D experience and are in a role that is accountable for ensuring L&D contributes to, and influences, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level.

Typically your role will involve working closely with senior leaders, managers and stakeholders. You’ll be an agent for change, influencing key stakeholders, making decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in an L&D context.

This is an extremely exciting partnership and will provide qualifications which meet all the needs of both the employer seeking to take their HR or L&D offering to the next level and the learner aiming to progress their career further.
