- Principles of working in the private sector industry.
- Principles of working as a door supervisor in the private security industry.
- Application of conflict management in the in the private security industry.
- Application of physical intervention skills in the in the private security industry.
- Employment skills
Tutor expertise and training in a classroom setting, practical skills for physical intervention and multiple choice tests for the Door Supervisor Qualification.
Eligibility:
- Unemployed and seeking employment in the Security Sector or employed and earning under £25,000 and able to attend every day and looking for employment in the Security Sector
- Age 19 and over
- Resident in West Yorkshire
- Have lived in the UK for the last 3 years
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
