About the course
This course is designed to help you take your first step into a career supporting children and young people in education. You'll take part in specialist training days focused on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These sessions cover dyslexia awareness, ADHD, Autism, Mental Health, and inclusive support strategies, helping you understand how to support children with a range of additional needs. You'll also explore progression routes, build employability skills, and prepare for roles in educational settings.

Eligibility
You must:
- Be unemployed
- Be aged 19 or over and live in Greater Manchester
- Be ordinarily resident in the UK
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
