About the course
Our Level 2 Specialised Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship is designed to help care professionals who are new to the role develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
The Community Care pathway equips learners with the knowledge and confidence to support individuals living independently in their own homes and communities, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and choice.
Alongside the Adult Care Worker standard, learners develop an understanding of community-based support, helping individuals maintain independence, reduce social isolation and remain active members of their communities.
As part of the programme, learners also achieve the TQUK-accredited Skills for Care-endorsed Care Certificate, providing a recognised foundation in safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
