Is this course right for you?

This course is designed for nursery managers, senior leaders, area managers, regional managers and accidental leaders alike. It provides practical, reflective and challenging development through workshops, coaching-style drop-ins and applied leadership tasks.

You will leave with improved leadership confidence and decision making ability, stronger team engagement and retention strategies, the ability to lead change and innovate and practical tools to manage performance and culture.

How will learning take place?

All learning is delivered as workshop sessions, coaching sessions with the tutor, group drop-ins and one-to-one coaching sessions. This way learners have the best experience possible with flexibility to manage their workload and the course requirements.

How is the course assessed?

Assessment is varied, combining written work, presentations and evaluations that demonstrate real leadership impact in practice.

How is the course funded?
Places on this course cost £1,300 plus VAT.

Eligibility
Mandatory Level 3 qualifications.
