Our Introduction into Schools course is where you can find out.

This free, four-hour taster session is designed for anyone curious about working in a school but not sure where to start. You'll get a real feel for life in a school setting, learn about the roles available, and have the chance to ask questions.

Whether you're considering a career change, thinking about returning to work, or just want to explore your options, this is a relaxed, welcoming way in.

This course is open to:

• Anyone interested in starting a career in a school setting.
• People with no formal qualifications required. This is your starting point, not a barrier.
• Adults aged 19+ living in Lincolnshire, subject to Adult Skills Fund eligibility criteria.
