This course is designed to equip learners with the skills to be able to use digital devices confidently.

What you will learn:

Over 4 sessions you will gain confidence in the following topics:
  • Staying safe online and managing online accounts
  • Registering to use digital services
  • Searching the internet and posting to social media accounts
  • Using different websites to enter and submit personal information
  • Sending and receiving emails and how to instant message
  • How to use video technology like Teams and Zoom for interviews
  • Attaching documents and how to upload and download files
How you will learn:
The course will take place in person and will cover how to use a variety of digital devices and applications to build your skills and confidence.

Eligibility:
  • Aged 19 or over as of 31st August 2025
  • Unemployed or Employed
  • Ordinarily Resident in UK
  • Have the Right to Live and Work in UK
