Course: Step in to Care
Interested in working in Health and Social Care? This short course maybe for you.
Step into Care runs Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm, making it easy to fit around other commitments. The course is delivered at a local, welcoming venue that is easy to access and close to public transport. You’ll learn in a supportive and friendly environment where you can build confidence, meet new people, and develop skills at your own pace.
What you will learn:
- Understanding jobs and settings in Health & Social Care
- Creating connections in support work
- Understanding disability and helping everyone feel included
- Keeping everyone safe and supported
- The foundation of quality care
Eligibility:
- Unemployed
- Are over 19 years old
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Ordinarily resident in the UK
