Trade Supplier Apprenticeship - Realise

The people that make it happen

-1.jpg)
I’ve worked at Realise for over 20 years, delivering apprenticeships in Customer Service, Business Administration, Trade Supplier — to name just a few. Over the years, there have been many positive changes, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing colleagues, apprentices, and employers.
The part I love most about my role is supporting our apprentices in reaching their full potential.

I’ve been with Realise for nearly eight years, spending the majority of that time delivering the Trade Supplier qualification. In addition, I’m qualified and experienced in delivering a range of standards including Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leader/Supervisor, and Retail.
My vocational background is rooted in hospitality, customer service, sales, and management. I have a strong passion for delivering customer service-focused qualifications and take pride in helping learners build the confidence to grow and thrive in their roles.
Through my work with trade organisations, I’ve had the opportunity to visit many stores and see first-hand the strong relationships staff build with their specialist customers which is something I find particularly rewarding and inspiring.

FAQs
Apprenticeships are cost-free to the learner. The responsibility for funding lies with the employer. Employers can fund apprenticeships in one of two ways:
> Apprenticeship Levy: Larger employers who pay the apprenticeship levy can use these funds to fully cover the cost of training.
> Co-investment: Smaller employers who do not pay the levy typically contribute 5% of the apprenticeship cost, with the government covering the remaining 95%.
This means businesses can access high-quality training for their staff at a low or no cost, depending on their size and funding eligibility.
