About the course:This course is intended for learners who are interested supporting mental health in the workplace and may wish to become a mental health first aider.
The course will give the learner the skills to support colleagues with mental health problems by increasing their knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions. Learners will understand the principles of mental health first aid and how this can be implemented in the workplace.
Learners will gain transferable skills such as communication, confidence and professionalism.
