It's National Apprenticeship Week!

This week is all about celebrating the power of apprenticeships and the difference they make across the early years sector. Apprenticeships don’t just build qualifications - they build confidence, careers, and stronger teams, supporting both individuals and settings to thrive.

Laura’s Level 2 success: Progressing with confidence

All week, we’re sharing learner success stories across our social channels to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week. One of those stories is Laura Sparkes, who completed her Level 2 Early Years apprenticeship last year and is now progressing onto Level 3.

Laura loves working in early years at Shooting Stars and says her apprenticeship has helped build her confidence. Her advice to others? Just do it - she has no regrets.
