We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team. Gain real-world business experience, build essential professional skills, and work towards a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification through this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will work closely with our office team, learning all aspects of business administration and customer service within a busy showroom and office environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly first point of contact.
• Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
• Booking appointments for surveyors and fitters.
• Generating invoices and processing customer information.
• Taking customer payments over the phone.
• Accurately entering customer orders and measurements onto the company's computer system.
• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Flexibility to work up to 2 Saturdays per month (9:00am – 5:00pm) when required
• Time off in lieu provided where applicable

Qualifications required

  • -Maths and English GCSE's @ Grade 4

This will based on candidates contributions, abilities, competence and commitments. There could be prospect administration opportunities due to demand and expansion at the end of training/ apprenticeship

Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
