Vacancy Detail

The role will be varied and requires a confident communicator able to manage relationships and deal confidently with candidates and clients over the telephone. You will assist with booking confirmations, managing candidate availability, fielding inbound calls from candidates and clients on behalf of consultants and the branch manager and work closely with them to increase business across the branch.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role), including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
• Helping to maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Deal with general queries over the phone

Qualifications required

  • • GCSE’s (or equivalent) A-C
  • • English Grade C or above
  • • Maths Grade C or above
  • • IT literate

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
