Big Top Waddesdon Day Nursery, set in a beautiful village location with a spacious two-storey building, large garden, and outdoor classroom, is looking for a dedicated apprentice to join their successful team. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to train as an Early Years Practitioner, contributing to a high-quality, caring environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally. As an apprentice, you will work with children across the nursery, attend all required training sessions, complete assignments on time, and actively participate in team activities. Your responsibilities will include providing care under supervision—such as feeding, changing, and supporting emotional needs—engaging in adult-child interactions, and attending staff meetings. You’ll also be expected to uphold nursery policies, maintain confidentiality, and liaise regularly with your mentor and manager to support your development and ensure the best outcomes for the children.Qualifications required
- Prior experience desirable but not necessary
- GCSEs in math and English at grade 4 and above is desirable but not necessary

- To be well presented and have good time keeping skills.
