If you already hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and are ready to progress to a Level 3 apprenticeship, Daisy Chain Day Nursery in Crawley offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a nurturing and high-quality setting. Known for delivering exceptional early years experiences, the nursery operates in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework. As an Apprentice Nursery Educator, you will play a key role in promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of children, implementing all relevant policies and procedures. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high standards of care and education, assess and plan for children’s development, act as a key person for a group of children, and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding their child’s progress. Qualifications required

Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
