At Kinderzimmer, we are committed to creating high-quality learning environments that place the child and their developmental needs at the centre of everything we do.We are currently seeking a Nursery Apprentice to join our team on a 40-hour-per-week contract, working on a rota between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional education and childcare by planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, maintaining achievement records, and supporting the integration of children with special needs.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and families, uphold nursery policies, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities also include attending training and meetings, supporting inspections, safeguarding children, and assisting with daily routines such as meal preparation, toileting, and cleaning.

Qualifications required
- Grade 4/C in English and Maths preferred.
- Experience of working in a childcare is preferable, however, we are prepared to take on newly childcare qualified staff to further train and develop

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
