This is an exciting opportunity to join the Infinis Futures Programme and gain hands-on experience working on real renewable energy projects whilst studying towards a nationally recognised Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.

About the Role
As a Trainee Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of renewable energy projects across the business. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Construction Teams and Commercial Teams, you will gain experience throughout the entire project lifecycle whilst developing the skills required for a successful career in project management.
This role combines practical workplace experience with structured apprenticeship training, providing a clear pathway into professional project management.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
•Support Project Managers in planning and delivering renewable energy projects.
•Assist with project schedules, milestones, budgets and risk management.
•Produce project reports, presentations and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and record actions.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timescales.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and consultants.
• Support procurement and commercial activities where appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation and document control systems.
• Undertake site visits to understand project delivery and construction activities.
• Support Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) requirements.
• Complete apprenticeship learning activities and apply learning in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
• Aged 18 or over.
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Eligible to undertake a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications required

Essential
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Preferred
• A Levels, T Level, BTEC or equivalent qualification.
• Degree, HNC or HND (where apprenticeship eligibility criteria are met).
