Realise, a leading UK training provider, in partnership with Maximus, a leading provider of employment, health, and disability services, is offering an SME in the Buckinghamshire region the chance to upskill employees through a fully funded Green Futures Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your workforce in project management while supporting the green economy. Maximus is kindly gifting a portion of their levy to cover the full cost of training for one eligible apprentice.

Green Futures Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship

Fully funded via Maximus' gifted levy contribution.

 
This apprenticeship equips participants with the skills to manage successful projects while creating a real environmental impact. Over 15 months of blended learning, the apprentice will master core project management, sustainability best practices, and green technologies - applying them directly to real-world projects. They'll gain recognised certification, practical experience, and the expertise to balance people, planet, and profit, advancing their careers and business influence - all while contributing to a greener future.

Eligibility Criteria 

This apprenticeship is ideal for an employee who is actively involved in project delivery and wants to enhance their skills in project management while contributing to sustainability initiatives. To be considered for this opportunity, the learner must meet all of the following criteria: 

  • > Right to work in the UK
  • > Resident in the UK for 3+ years with the relevant settled status
  • > Currently employed at an SME in Buckinghamshire
  • > Role involves the full life cycle of projects
