CRT Home Care Services Derbyshire has partnered with Realise to strengthen workforce development and career progression opportunities for more than 100 colleagues across the organisation.

The Derbyshire-based domiciliary care provider is working with Realise to deliver a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes designed to support skills development, progression and high-quality care delivery.

As part of the partnership, Realise has worked closely with CRT leaders to create bespoke training programmes aligned with the organisation’s values and approach to person-centred care.

Programmes currently being delivered include Adult Skills Fund Level 2 Health and Social Care Diplomas, Level 2 and Level 3 Healthcare Worker Apprenticeships, alongside additional courses aligned with Skills for Care standards and guidance.

Alongside qualifications and apprenticeships, Realise will also provide mandatory and specialist training to help ensure staff maintain up-to-date knowledge, competence and compliance within their roles.

Julie Taylor, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Realise Health and Social Care, said:

“We are delighted to be supporting CRT with ongoing professional development, including refresher training, skills enhancement and role-specific learning through this exciting new partnership.

“This will help to demonstrate clear career pathways, enabling staff to progress into senior care, supervisory, specialist and leadership roles.

“By embarking on this journey, CRT Home Care Services Derbyshire is creating a culture of support, reflection and continuous learning, recognising that supported staff deliver better outcomes for the people they care for.”

CRT Home Care Services Derbyshire works alongside health and social care partners, commissioners, families and local communities to provide safe, responsive and compassionate care that supports independence and dignity.
