That’s why our TQUK Health and Social Care Diploma programmes make digital learning part of everyday training, not an extra task. Digital learning becomes contextualised and helps adult care staff apply digital practice to real life scenarios.

Our experienced trainers devise learning and assessments to help learners feel confident using technology in their day-to-day roles. For example:

• Digital Care Records – Learner’s practice updating electronic care plans and recording information online, just like they would at work.
• Medication Apps – Our courses cover how to use eMAR (electronic medication records) to improve accuracy and safety.
• Assistive Technology – Learners explore digital tools like fall detectors or telecare systems that support people to live safely and independently.
• Team Communication – We encourage learners to use digital tools like Microsoft Teams or messaging apps to keep in touch with colleagues.
• Online Learning and Development – Learners build their confidence using our online platforms such as OneFile and Skills Builder, to track their progress, complete reflections, and plan their personal development.
