Realise has partnered with leading care providers across the region to create new employment opportunities for full-time, part-time and bank staff.

### Merseyside health & social care roles

Candidates will receive two weeks free training with Realise including:

– Level 1 Health and Social Care qualification

– Level 1 Personal Development for Employability

– Level 1 Customer Service or Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent

Not only will the training provide a sector relevant qualification, but it will equip candidates with the necessary skills required to secure a job within the fast-paced health & social care sector.

After the training, all candidates will progress onto guaranteed interview with a care provider.

### Future Living Care

**Pay:** starts at £9 per hour for weekdays, rising for weekend work  
**Location:** Liverpool City Region  
**Training:** Two weeks free training provided by Realise

Would you like a career change? An opportunity and support with a new career pathway? Are you passionate about making a difference to others? Future Living Care have set up a training academy to offer people the chance to get into the industry through fully funded training.

### Home Instead

**Pay:** Starts at £10.50 per hour for weekdays, rising for weekend work  
**Location:** Liverpool Central and North  
**Training:** Two weeks free training provided by Realise

Home Instead are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for their clients in Liverpool Central & North as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
