Celebrating success as Amina passes her Level 3 Apprenticeship with flying colours!
Following the release of the updated Early Years Educator Level 3 standard in April 2024, we undertook a thorough review of our programme delivery to ensure it continues to exceed the needs of learners and supports outstanding outcomes.
As part of this review, we introduced expert-led webinars delivered by specialist Early Years trainers, combining deep subject expertise with a strong emphasis on quality. We also enriched the learner experience by embedding storytelling as a core teaching method and incorporating case studies and real-world scenarios to help learners apply knowledge, theory, and skills in context.
We are delighted to announce that Amina, the first learner to complete the apprenticeship under the new standard, has successfully achieved a Distinction in her end-point assessment, with glowing feedback from Training Qualifications UK.
“Amina, you spoke passionately about your role as a practitioner and demonstrated a clear and comprehensive understanding of the knowledge, skills, and behaviours developed during your apprenticeship. You used your portfolio with confidence and clearly take pride in supporting the individual needs and development of the children in your care.”

Amina completed her programme while working at the Ashbourne Day Nurseries group, one of our valued delivery partners. Her achievement reflects not only her dedication, but also the supportive and professional environment provided by her team.
Speaking about her success, Amina said, “I’m so grateful I was given this opportunity to explore my dream passion and transition from the corporate world into education. My training has given me so much confidence in my practice and allows me to perform to a high standard always.”
Amina’s Trainer, Shelley, added:
“I’m incredibly proud of Amina’s hard work, passion, and commitment. She embraced every part of her learning journey, and it was a great pleasure to support her - to see her grow and build confidence and succeed in the very thing she wanted to achieve so much.”
