A business development expert with extensive experience in skills and employability has joined leading training provider Realise to expand its presence within the adult care industry.
Julie Taylor has been appointed Head of Strategic Partnerships - Health & Social Care at Realise and will play a pivotal in strengthening Realise’s partnerships.
Based in Lincolnshire, Julie brings 26 years of education industry experience, having held a variety of senior roles across the training landscape, including Regional Operations Manager, Head of Employability & Skills and, most recently, Senior Operations Contracts Manager.
Her extensive background equips her with a deep understanding of employer needs, learner outcomes and enhancing organisational capabilities.
In her new role, Julie will focus on enhancing existing employer relationships while identifying new opportunities for collaboration. She will ensure that Realise continues to deliver high-quality, impactful training solutions that meet the evolving demands of the health and social care sector.
Realise partners with care organisations to help people thrive, offering an array of accredited qualifications and apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5.
Julie said she was excited to help Realise grow its health and social care offering further.

Julie recently completed a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management with the University of Exeter, where she explored the link between people performance and organisational success.
