A highly-experienced business strategist has joined leading training provider Realise to help explore new opportunities in the health and social care sector.
Victoria Field is the new Head of Business Development at Realise, having been impressed by the business’ commitment to helping learners transform their lives through training initiatives.
Victoria has vast experience within strategic business development and believes there is huge potential to grow Realise’s influence within the health and social care sector.
She said: “I had a few options but was sold by Realise’s overall values and the business’ focus on improving the lives of everyone it comes across.
“Realise is committed to providing high-quality training solutions that support workforce development, meet sector standards, and enhance the skills and knowledge of care professionals.
Victoria, who lives in Wakefield, ran her own business for more than a decade organising networking events across Yorkshire.
She went on to run an agency helping start-ups and SMEs with everything from profitability to basic accounting.
After the pandemic, Victoria had roles as Strategic Account Director and Business Unit Director at two leading organisations before moving to Realise.
Victoria said she is excited by Realise’s flexible approach and ability to offer bespoke curriculums to employers.
“Realise is a very agile organisation and can work really closely with employers to build new curriculums to meet their specific needs,” she said.
“There is certainly not an off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all approach.
Realise partners with care organisations to help people thrive, offering an array of accredited qualifications and apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5.
