Why safer sleep matters
Safer sleep advice is proven to save lives. Since the “Back to Sleep” campaign in 1991, almost 32,000 babies’ lives have been saved in the UK.
For early years professionals, this is especially important. Caring for multiple babies and making sleep decisions throughout the day means you play a vital role in keeping children safe.
This training provides simple, evidence-based guidance to:
- Reduce risk
- Challenge unsafe practices
- Build confidence across your team
- Ensure consistency in how babies are cared for
