Charles Tompkinson, from Huddersfield, embarked on a new journey when he enrolled in the Route to Success course with tutor Andrew Price. Having previously tried a similar course with another bus company, Charles found it rushed and pressurised. However, the layout of Realise’s course was concise and easily digestible, making it a refreshing change for him.

Charles has had an extensive career spanning various roles in the medical field and security sector, ranging from guard to senior manager. His diverse experience led him to seek a course that could offer a comprehensive learning experience without the pressure. He yearned for a course that would respect his pace of learning while equipping him with valuable skills.

Charles explained why he wanted to take the Route to Success programme:

We asked Charles what he has taken away from the course:

The study materials were spread over several days, making it less of a chore and more of an enriching experience. This approach helped me score high and complete the final exam with ease.”

Charles also shared how the course has positively impacted his life:

“Before this course, I felt like I was stuck in a rut, not progressing as I dreamed of doing. But this course has given me a second chance at something I’d love to pursue further. It has reignited my passion for learning and has opened up new avenues for me.”
