When we ask our clients for feedback on our apprenticeships, there are two words that crop up more than most: tailored and flexible.

While other training providers can be very rigid in their approach, at Realise we are determined to offer training programmes that are designed with the needs of the employer at the forefront, as well as the learner.

It’s important we are consistently delivering training that produces the workforce the business requires, with skills and attributes that allow the learner to thrive in their environment.

We’ve been partnering with East of England train operator Greater Anglia, which has more than 3,000 employees, since 2023.

The business was keen to embark on a significant upskilling project and turned to Realise to work with its apprentices.

Greater Anglia offers fully funded apprenticeships to all its staff, regardless of their age or the stage of their career, giving them the chance to develop and improve their skills to reach their full potential. There are currently almost 200 Greater Anglia staff undertaking qualifications.

Realise has partnered with Lithia Motors, previously Jardine Motors, since the beginning of 2023.

We first stepped in following the collapse of another provider – and swiftly implemented a strategy overhaul, replacing long-form essays with experiential learning.
