About Leah

“My name is Leah Morley, and I am a lead trainer assessor for the early years education sector. I started my journey in a small charity-ran day nursery and decided after six years of my career to take the leap and become an assessor. I enjoy my job role in supporting and assessing other learners to thrive and achieve their full potential in doing something they love and are passionate about. I decided to take a few different courses to help me develop my job role and have progressed in my career since!”

“It was great to share opinions and experience with other people from different sectors. I learnt a lot through open conversations during the lessons.”

What courses did Leah do?

“I took three separate courses with Realise: understanding autism, understanding mental health and understanding specific learning difficulties. I couldn’t choose a favourite as I enjoyed them all in different ways and my assessors were very supportive if I had questions, queries or generally needed support I knew I could ask.”

We asked Leah her main reason’s for taking the courses:
“To learn new knowledge, skills and behaviours and pass my learning from the courses to others. I wanted to have a better understanding of the topics to support with the specific criteria I teach.”
