Natalie achieved her Security Industry Authority licence and has now opened career opportunities for her future.

Natalie’s story:

Natalie Rhodes Coleman decided to take the Security Industry Authority licence (SIA) course to widen her job possibilities. With experience in night clubs and bars she knew the course would be a great addition to enhance her CV, ready for any new positions.

Before taking the SIA course, Natalie was working as a barmaid. But a chance to change careers materialised when her boyfriend opened his own security company and Natalie saw an advert for a free training course with Realise. She thought it would be a great time to train up and gain new skills.

Now qualified and armed with a security licence, Natalie is working alongside her boyfriend to help keep the local clubs and bars as safer places.

During the course Natalie lost a member of her family, with the support of Realise she kept attending her classes and gained the licence she worked hard towards.

Natalie explained: “Realise really supported me when I was going through a death in the family.”

Natalie’s tutor, Lindsey McGhee, said: “I’m delighted to see Natalie is flourishing in her new career.

“Realise are with you every step of the way, no matter what stage of learning you are at. We want to help you thrive and become the best version of yourself possible through our fully funded training courses.”

“We learnt so much and had a laugh whilst doing it!”
