Realise’s Angela and Olivia achieve management apprenticeships with distinctions!

Angela and Olivia work in the Childcare and Education sector at Realise and have been studying towards their qualifications alongside their busy roles as Performance Managers.

Angela Leeding, said:

“The programme has been invaluable to myself, it has not only been interesting and informative it has helped me to recognise my skills and abilities as a manager, whilst helping me to develop these further.

The knowledge I have developed around theories and strategies has allowed me to progress myself and my team members, make improvements and to become and maintain a high performing team.

The management apprenticeship has adapted and moulded my behaviours and has given me a greater understanding of operational management and how I contribute to this within Realise.

My confidence has grown and so has my self-belief, the work and effort has been very much worthwhile, I am really proud of my achievements and completing the programme with my distinction grade.  The support received from my manager Karen Derbyshire and tutor Mandy Jones has been nothing short of amazing.”

My confidence has grown and so has my self-belief, I’m really proud of my achievement.

I never doubted they would achieve with distinction and I am immensely proud of both achievements.
