Declan Murray
Trainer, Passenger TransportI work as a Training and Development Officer, where I support learners in completing the level 2 Passenger Transport course. I entered the bus industry after completing the course myself. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it really opened my eyes to what and where I can go in the future of the bus industry. Thus, I became a mentor with the goal of helping new learners to know more about the passenger transport industry.
My moto is “know your audience and really enjoy doing your job”. I think fun is mandatory within my workshops and I love what I am doing!
