Leading with Joy is a friendly, motivating two-hour webinar created especially for early years leaders.
-
It will focus on your current role and how using the mindset of leading with joy can enhance your practice, with lots of opportunity for reflection and rekindling of our why - why we are working with children and why it's the most magical job in the world.
Based on the ideas from Laura's book, Leading with Joy, this session is about helping you feel confident, valued and excited about the role you play, now and in the future.
This webinar introduces modern leadership ideas in a simple, easy-to-understand way. You do not need to be a manager to be a leader. Leadership starts with how you show up every day, how you care for children, and how you work with others. This session will help you see the impact you already have and how you can grow your leadership skills from the very beginning of your career.
Date: Thursday 26th February
