Realise has reached an agreement with Kinderly to give all its early years apprentices the chance to further develop their skills and knowledge by accessing Kinderly Learn’s webinars and early years courses.
Realise has 1,670 early years apprentices across more than 1,000 employers.
Karen Derbyshire, Operations Director Early Years at Realise, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with Kinderly Learn to offer our apprentices even more opportunities to learn and develop their careers.
“Kinderly Learn offers CPD accredited webinars that our apprentices can watch either live or at a time that suits them and their employer, covering an incredible array of topics.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve the learning experience for our early years apprentices and this is another example of that commitment.”
Created in partnership with UfI, PACEY, Bath Spa University and Achievement for All, Kinderly Learn has provided CPD to the early years sector through its online platform since 2020.
Weekly webinars aim to keep practitioners up-to-date with key changes in the sector, deepen their pedagogical knowledge and highlight strategies available to them.
There are more than 200 webinars available on-demand on the platform delivered by a wide range of early years experts as well as a new live webinar covering a range of topics every Wednesday evening.

Learners can choose the webinars that interest them. Topics include supporting challenging behaviour, supporting SEND, preparing for Ofsted, supporting learning and play, managing transitions and many more.
