Meet Sharon Davies

Sharon Davies is the co-owner and Director of Operations at SENDTAC Ltd.

SENDTAC Ltd are a SEND training and consultancy company offering services to all tiers of education as well as the Social Care sector.

Sharon graduated from Warwick University with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and has been a primary school teacher for over twenty years, specialising in the Early Years. Her areas of particular interest are speech, language and communication needs and autism.

Having spent the latter part of her career working with a Local Authority Inclusion Team as an Early Years Specialist SEND Advisory Teacher, she is passionate about supporting practitioners, children with additional needs and their families. In addition to her advisory and supporting role, she was also a part of the Autism Assessment Team working alongside her Health professional colleagues.

Her work ethic centres around the belief that all children deserve access to the best possible education, and that their needs are met in a creative and inclusive way. Her aim is to empower practitioners, teachers and parents to make a real difference to the lives of all children.
