Buildbase, one of the UK’s fastest growing builders’ merchants, has teamed up with Realise to deliver its Building for Your Future training programme

Realise has been successfully delivering apprenticeship and training services to Buildbase for the past two years and will now extend the service to include higher level apprenticeships for the builders’ merchant as part of this staff development programme.

Buildbase’s Building for Your Future Academy will be delivered by Realise

Buildbase’s Building for Your Future Academy will be delivered by Realise to ensure current employees working across the company will have access to a training programme which supports learners’ career progression from sales advisor through to branch managers and into regional roles.

All learners will benefit from Realise’s expert training to ensure that employees are able to unlock their potential and prepare for the next stage in their career. Realise will help learners to complete Level 3 and Level 5 management qualification.

Adrian Rowley, Learning & Development Manager at Buildbase, said: “We are making a significant investment in our colleagues because we believe that business.

“The Building for Your Future programme is built around the way Buildbase actually works. We’ve designed it from a day-to-day view, so learners have real-life training for a real-life role – that’s what’s so great about the programme.
“Realise has an excellent track record delivering quality training provision across Buildbase and we are delighted to be working with them again on the Building for Your Future programme.”

Jennifer Munslow, National Strategic Account Manager at Realise, said: “We have a long working relationship with Buildbase to deliver apprenticeship training and its Building for Your Future training programme is a real endorsement of the quality training we have delivered. “The apprenticeship programme will create the next generation of the company’s management professionals to ensure Buildbase continues to deliver the best customer experience. In addition, we are working with Buildbase through each module to align the learning content with Buildbase’s key strategic objects relating to performance and staff engagement.”
