The level 1 preparing to work in schools award aims to develop your knowledge of the teaching and learning environment in schools.

Over seven-weeks, you will find out what it’s like to work within a school and will cover a variety of different phases that are crucial to succeed in education.

If you successfully pass the course, you’ll gain a level 1 award to add to your CV alongside valuable information to help you decide whether a career in a school is for you.

I have worked with the company since 2012 when i started as an apprentice employment liaison officer, working primarily on the work programme. I have had numerous roles within the company but have spent the majority of my time here working in administration and in compliance In my current role I administer the starts and awards process for the sector, support clearing withhelds, handle queries and process learner change of circumstances.
