Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship in the bag for Megan!
Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship in the bag for Megan!

Megan was supported by the same Tutor for both her Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeship and passed with distinction both times!
After completing her A Levels in law, business, and sociology, Megan from Somerset, initially planned to pursue a career in law. However, after gaining work experience in a nursery, she realised that working with children was her true passion.
Determined to follow this new path, she secured a role at The Folly Nursery and enrolled as a Level 2 Early Years Apprentice with Realise.
Progressing Through the Apprenticeship
Megan embraced her Level 2 apprenticeship with enthusiasm, developing essential skills in caring for children, setting up engaging activities, implementing basic care routines, preparing food, and completing observations and paperwork. She particularly enjoyed linking her learning to real-life experiences in the nursery setting, which reinforced her practical skills. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, she achieved a distinction in her Level 2 qualification!
From Level 2 to 3
Megan also credits Realise for playing a significant role in her development, highlighting the unwavering support she received from her tutor, Vicky.
Recognising her potential, her employer encouraged her to progress to the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Eager to advance her career and work towards becoming a Room leader, Megan enrolled in the programme with Realise.
Another Distinction!
Once again and with the unbending support of Vicky, Megan demonstrated exceptional commitment and successfully completed her Level 3 apprenticeship with distinction.
The Impact of Training and Support
The strong relationship she built with her Vicky provided her with the confidence to ask questions and seek guidance whenever needed.
Enhanced Potential
Beyond acquiring technical skills, Megan’s apprenticeship qualifications have also enhanced her personal development. She has grown into a more confident professional, able to manage her workload efficiently.
The training has empowered her with the knowledge and expertise to handle paperwork and observations with ease while ensuring the best care for the children in her setting.
Looking to the Future
Without completing her apprenticeships, Megan believes she may have remained in a job she didn’t enjoy – something nobody wishes to find themselves in.
Thanks to Realise, Megan has been able to build a fulfilling career in early years education. She now uses her skills daily to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children, and she is excited to continue progressing in her role.
We are incredibly proud of Megan’s achievements and look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in her career.
