Since moving to the UK from Africa, Pious Owusu Kyeah has worked in a warehouse, where he developed a strong work ethic. Now, the Route to Success bus driving course from Realise has given him the chance to broaden his horizons and pursue new opportunities.

Driving Force

Pious was inspired to enrol in Route to Success because of his passion for driving and interacting with customers. The course trains individuals with no prior bus driving experience over three stages. Fully funded by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, it enabled Pious to pursue his dream without any financial burden.
