About the course

The Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Training Programme is designed to equip participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to excel in their roles as community support officers. The programme instils positive attitudes and behaviours, emphasising the importance of a proactive and community-oriented approach. Participants will learn effective teamwork, fostering collaborative relationships within the police force and with the communities they serve. Emphasis is placed on understanding rights and responsibilities, presenting personal information, and honing job application and interview skills.
Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical exercises, participants will emerge from the program well-prepared, confident, and ready to make a positive impact in their roles as Police Community Support Officers.
