Wendy Powell, our Realise Performance Manager, first started working with Home Instead in January 2020. Wendy said: “Since Home Instead came on board with us, we have developed an excellent working partnership.”
“We partnered with Home Instead because they are passionate about ensuring everyone in their communities receives their best person-centred care possible and ensure their patients are always comfortable by providing care in the home.
Moreover, like Realise, Home Instead wanted to ensure everyone could have the opportunity to work in Health and Social Care.”
Home Instead’s Recruitment and Training Manager Sian Stephens explained: “We welcome applicants with little or no experience as we provide fully paid training. Many of the candidates we interview have no understanding or experience in care.”
“Now we are working with Realise, we can offer those potential new ‘CAREGivers’ a recognised qualification to give them the knowledge and confidence to start a new career with us in care which has provided us with some amazing new staff.”
