Realise retains quality assurance accreditation

Realise has successfully retained the matrix Standard accreditation, recognising the high-quality information, advice and guidance we provide to our learners.

As one of the UK’s largest training providers, Realise has once again met the requirements of the matrix Standard – the international quality benchmark for organisations delivering information, advice and guidance. The Standard is owned by the Department for Education and is widely recognised as a mark of best practice.

Roger Chapman, Head of the matrix Service, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Realise and I would like to congratulate the team on their success.

“We believe that at the heart of high-quality advice and support services is strong leadership, excellent service and a focus on continuous improvement, all underpinned by effective use of the resources available.

“The matrix Standard is designed to benchmark organisations against best practice in these areas. With their accreditation success, Realise is working to provide the best possible support to their learners.”

The matrix assessment commended our leadership team and our Right Learner, Right Programme ethos, recognising the positive impact this approach has on both learner and employer experiences.

Alison Fordham, Head of Quality at Realise, said: “We are delighted to have retained the matrix Standard, which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring leaners receive reliable, up-to-date, and impartial advice to make informed decisions about their education, careers and personal development.

“The matrix Standard is important to us as it allows us to bid for large contracts and government-funded services, helping us to maintain exceptional service and sustainable growth.

“Well done to all the team for this tremendous outcome.”

Matrix accreditation is reviewed every three years, supported by annual Continuous Improvement Checks. The process assesses leadership and management, resources, service delivery and an organisation’s commitment to ongoing improvement.
