If you live in Huddersfield or Tees Valley and want to work in health and social care we can help.

Start your journey

Start your journey with three weeks of training introducing you to health and social care and dementia care.

Additionally, once you have completed your training, you will have a guaranteed interview for a position at the care facility, Hill Care.

Your training will take three weeks in total and will consist of the two below courses:

  • TQUK Level 1 Award in Preparation for Work in Adult Social Care (RQF)- This is a one-week course consisting of 5 sessions.

  • TQUK Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Dementia Care – This is a two-week course consisting of 10 sessions delivered remotely

Over the three weeks, you will have time in our offices with experienced trainers as well as care managers to experience the life of careworkers.

Realise and Hill Care

The time with Realise and Hill Care will enable you to learn about the requirements for the role as well as give you some time to ask questions about the place of work and the role.

After completing the course you will then be able to interview for a full-time role with Hill Care!
