About Realise and the awards

Now in their seventh year, the RateMyApprenticeship Awards bring together apprentices, schools, employers and training providers to celebrate their achievements in the apprenticeship market.

Realise is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the UK, supporting more than 7,000 learners across a variety of sectors including childcare and education, health and social care, hairdressing and barbering, transport and business.

With its headquarters in Sheffield, Realise employs more than 300 people to help support businesses across the country with training and developing their talent

Gregg Scott, Managing Director of Realise, said:

“This is a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team throughout what has been a testing last 12 months.

“We have finished 11th and fourth in the last two years so it’s brilliant to continue that progress and move further up the rankings.

“The pandemic has thrown up numerous challenges for training providers but our commitment throughout has been to continue to deliver for both our learners and employers.

“The team has gone above and beyond the call of duty to achieve that and to be ranked so highly in the list of top UK training providers is a reward for all those efforts.

“We take these awards very seriously as it comes directly from those people taking apprenticeships through our programmes. If we are getting positive feedback from the learners, we know we are adding extra value and delivering on our ‘learner first’ strategy.”

“Our aim now is to continue to go from strength to strength.”
