Do you want to boost your senior team member’s confidence and give them that extra edge? We can help!

Our training experts will be hosting Zoom clinics to help you get to grips with our most senior, nationally recognised childcare qualification.

The current dates for the clinics are:
• 27th May, 9:30am
• 13th June, 9:30am
• 22nd June, 9:30am

During these sessions, our experts will be on hand to answer any questions, queries or worries you may have about the course, so that you can feel confident about putting your team on a level 5 apprenticeship.

About the apprenticeship

The 18-month, level 5 early years lead practitioner apprenticeship will help your employees to develop their management skills and become effective, independent and considerate leaders in their early years setting.

Typical job titles could include room leader, deputy manager, assistant manager, senior practitioner, early years coordinator, play leader, key worker and nursery officer.

The lead practitioner apprenticeship will promote the health and well-being of all children, participating in and leading daily routines, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and strategies at national, local and setting-based level.
