A Huddersfield-based security employer - Sierra 1 Security Stewarding - had become increasingly frustrated with traditional recruitment methods. Despite investing in recruitment days, the turnout was often poor, and those who did attend lacked motivation, commitment, or follow-through. In many cases, even when roles were offered, candidates simply didn't turn up to work.
