Rochelle had been working at Realise for just under five years in the passenger transport sector, she had worked on Stagecoach, Abellio and now route to success projects in her role. Rochelle decided it was time to take the teaching and learning level 3 training course with Barry, one of our trainers. “It has given me the confidence to go onto further education, I have since started a BA Honours in Psychology with The Open University.”

After being so well supported by her Realise tutor and their expertise, Rochelle reaches for her next step in higher education with confidence. Now starting a BA Honours in Psychology Rochelle gained the confidence needed to go onto higher education thanks to Realise tutor guidance and an outstanding learning environment.

“Barry Fegan was my tutor his enthusiasm was infectious, fast paced, enjoyable, great knowledge of the subject. Even now, if I need any support with anything Barry has always got time to help me or point me in the right direction. He made learning fun and encouraged me to go onto further learning which I have. If more of my teachers would have been like Barry, I would have done a lot better at school.”
